Overview
Glomidco delivers three complementary services. They share the same DNA — message-oriented middleware and enterprise application integration — and they are usually most useful in combination.
Whether the brief is a green-field architecture, a stuck legacy estate, or a team that needs to grow into the integration layer, we adapt the engagement to the situation.

From advising on architectural choices for new middleware implementations to keeping an existing estate calm, our consultants move easily between the whiteboard and the terminal.
We help with: architecture review and design, vendor-neutral technology selection, integration patterns, performance and reliability tuning, operational hand-off, and long-term managed support for production environments.
Most engagements start with a small, focused assessment so the scope reflects reality rather than assumption.

When off-the-shelf doesn't fit, we build. Glomidco develops in-house middleware components, adapters, and integration tooling tailored to the client's business requirements.
We have a particular interest in monitoring integration — bridging the gaps between enterprise monitoring systems so the integration layer stops being an island. The work tends to be quiet, unglamorous, and disproportionately valuable.
Everything we deliver comes with documentation a future engineer can actually use.

Knowledge transfer matters as much as the code itself. Glomidco offers middleware education courses focused on message-oriented middleware, taught by practising consultants.
We have long-standing relationships with universities and other institutes for higher education, and we run targeted in-house programmes for engineering teams that need to grow into the integration layer.
Internships and graduation projects are also possible by arrangement.
